The Nevada Legislative Commission has ended the probe into the resignation of Jerry Tarkanian, former Nevada Las Vegas basketball coach. “It ended up the way it started, as an employment dispute,” Richard Wright, an attorney who represented UNLV in the hearings, said. “If Tarkanian feels he was wronged by UNLV, he can go to court and litigate it. He doesn’t need the legislature to do it.”
