GRAND AFFAIR: Eagerly anticipating a new Disney hockey team, officials at the $103-million Anaheim Arena are concentrating on next June’s grand opening. Nothing’s nailed down yet, but arena spokesman John Nicoletti is bubbling over. . . . “To have an event of the magnitude we’re talking about, you need someone like a Streisand or a Neil Diamond,” he says. “But we’re planning a grand opening concert, a grand opening sporting event and a grand opening family show. We plan to have grand opening shows the entire first summer.”
