RUBBING ELBOWS: Costa Mesa magician Victor Cephas can be seen Saturday night on TV with a star-studded cast when he appears with his wife Diamond on the 13th annual “Lou Rawls Parade of Stars.” Rawls’ telethon for the United Negro College Fund, on KCOP Channel 13 at 6, will also include Aretha Franklin, Bill Cosby, Whitney Houston and Michael Jackson. . . . “I told them we’d love to do it,” Cephas says. He only gets four minutes on camera, but quips: The stars get about the same amount of time.
