Massachusetts Police Chief Charged in Rapes of 3 Girls
BROCKTON, Mass. — A police chief has been charged with sexually assaulting three girls ages 12 to 15 in the early 1980s. Kingston Police Chief Alan Ballinger was arraigned Tuesday on five charges of rape of a child and one charge of indecent assault and battery on a child. He pleaded not guilty to all of the charges.
