Comings and Goings: Emmy-winning producer-director Steve Binder has been named executive producer of Twentieth Television’s “The Chevy Chase Show,” the late-night talk show set to debut next fall on Fox. . . . Steve Martin has joined the already star-studded cast of HBO’s “And the Band Played On.” . . . ABC is going to flip-flop two 10 p.m. shows in January. “Civil Wars” moves to Tuesdays beginning Jan. 19, and “Going to Extremes” will be seen on Wednesdays as of Jan. 13. . . . MTM has postponed Neil Young’s “MTV Unplugged” program that was scheduled for Jan. 6.
