Harris, Killer of Diet Doctor, Hospitalized

MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. —
Jean Harris, the former school headmistress imprisoned for killing her lover, diet doctor and best-selling author Herman Tarnower, was hospitalized after suffering what her lawyer said was a suspected heart attack.
The 69-year-old inmate complained of pressure in her chest Wednesday night to the staff at the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility, officials said.
