It’s a Wrap: It’s end-of-the-year recap time, and KCAL Channel 9 is getting in on the action with “Prime 9 ‘92,” an hourlong special that airs New Year’s Eve at 8 p.m. and New Year’s Day at noon. Jerry Dunphy and Pat Harvey will anchor the retrospective, which will focus on the year’s news that affected Southern California.
