Klemens has been appointed vice president of First American Financial Corp. in Santa Ana, the parent company of First American Title Insurance Co., First American Real Estate Tax Service Inc. and First American Trust Co. Klemens joined the corporate staff of First American Title Insurance Co. in 1985 as vice president and controller.
