Distribution Pact: Laser Medical Technology Inc., which makes laser dental products, said it has signed a distribution agreement with a Virginia company that guarantees $1 million in sales for 1993.
As part of the deal, Innovative Laser Systems Inc. said that it guarantees selling 24 lasers manufactured by Laser Medical. With the agreement, Laser Medical has $2.1 million in orders for 1993.
The company, based in San Clemente, also announced that it had revenue of $3.9 million for the first nine months of its fiscal year.
