Vincent T. DeVita Jr. and Frank L. Meyskens have joined the board of directors of Oncotech Inc., an Irvine provider of specialized laboratory services. DeVita, an oncologist, is former director of the National Cancer Institute and an attending physician and member of the program of molecular pharmacology and therapeutics at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Meyskens is director of the Clinical Cancer Center at UC Irvine.
