The Clintons’ School Choice

Share

School vouchers a choice? Doesn’t anyone see the fatal flaw of school vouchers?

Those who already pay for their children to go to private school, without incentives, get a $1,000 coupon at the expense of already underfunded public schools. Poor children’s parents can’t afford a choice even with a voucher. Go visit an inner-city school and tell me if, as a society, we can afford to take away more money from those schools.

Stop calling it school choice! Real choice is when the government pays 100% for any school parents choose to send their children.

Let’s not get sidetracked; the real issue is public schools need an overhaul.
