FAMILY AFFAIR: Newport Beach psychologist Jane Myers Drew, whose new book is “Where Were You When I Needed You Dad?,” says Bill Clinton’s openness about his upbringing offers hope to others. Clinton’s father died before he was born, and his stepfather was an abusive alcoholic. . . . Pardon Drew’s interest in the new President.
