Fraudulent Bankruptcies

Under no circumstances should it take months to evict a tenant for non-payment of rent, but it happens all the time. I have never understood why defrauding an innkeeper is a crime, but defrauding a landlord is a protected “right.” Someday we will wonder what became of property rights.
