Sun Will Show Its Face Again
Southern California’s weather is finally returning to normal, with Orange County due its first sunny weekend in more than a month, according to WeatherData Inc., which provides forecasts for The Times.
Conditions will be “mostly sunny and dry, with pleasant temperatures,” meteorologist Steve Burback said. There is no rain in the five-day forecast through Wednesday, allowing the flood-soaked ground to begin to stabilize.
“We can look forward to mostly clear skies” today and Sunday, Burback said, thanks to a weak Santa Ana wind. Highs both days are expected to range from the middle 60s along the coast to the mid-70s inland. Nighttime lows will range from the upper 30s to the lower 50s.
