Letter writer Lawrence Gurney (Nov. 29) suggests as the ultimate in “biographized fiction,” “Did Christ fake his own death?”
It’s already been done by Hugh Schonfield back in 1966: “The Passover Plot.” It was made into a movie, widely protested by Christian fundamentalists, and is still not available on videotape.
