Back in Court: A federal judge in Midland, Tex., Monday refused to dismiss a lawsuit accusing Zsa Zsa Gabor of reneging on an agreement to be filmed with ordinary people during a fantasy vacation at a San Antonio hotel. Gabor’s attorney, Melvin Belli, introduced a motion to dismiss the case on grounds that there was no contract between Gabor and Hollywood Fantasy Corp., but it was denied. Last November, a state court jury in San Antonio awarded Hollywood Fantasy $3 million, but that earlier judgment was thrown out. Gabor contended at the time she was not properly notified of the trial date and denied all the allegations.
