TYPECASTING? Olivia Burnette, raised in Dana Point, acted in school plays when she was 6. Now, at 16, she’s building a name among directors in Hollywood. . . . After several TV and movie supporting roles, now comes her best chance at stardom: as Dorothy Jane Torkelson as NBC premieres “Almost Home” (Channel 4, 8 p.m.). It’s the revamped version of last season’s series “The Torkelsons.” Says Burnette: “We’re a lot alike. Dorothy is a family-loving, energetic girl who spends most of her time wrestling with the challenges of being young.”
