Analyst review: “There are about 11 publicly owned companies in the imaging business and some are more successful than others, depending on the corporate strategy. American Health develops imaging centers and manages them. Its revenue has flattened over the past few quarters. It made money in 1991, but lost money in two of the three quarters in 1992. The primary reasons for its earnings losses are twofold: industry conditions and high interest expense as a result of its debt. But it has been a tough year for several public companies.
