Baby Steiger: Oscar-winning actor Rod Steiger, 68, and his wife, Paula, 32, have a new son, Michael Winston Steiger, born Monday in Santa Monica Hospital. The infant is Steiger’s second child. He is the father of London-based opera singer Anna Steiger, 33, whose mother is actress Claire Bloom.
