DOWN TO PEANUTS? Longtime Knott’s Berry Farm spokesman Stuart Zanville was known for his bubbly enthusiasm about the park. He recently wrote about the new attractions to open in May at its Camp Snoopy: “a scintillating celebration of the terrific 10th anniversary of the biggest, best and most beautiful children’s wonderland anywhere.” . . . Maybe he wasn’t scintillating enough. Zanville was among those laid off Wednesday in the latest round of cutbacks by Knott’s Berry Farm (D1).
