Boston Celtic center Robert Parish, 39, will have the charge of marijuana possession dismissed if his record is clean for the next six months, Waltham, Mass., District Court Judge Paul Cavanaugh decided. Parish, who admitted to the charge, refused to speak with reporters after the hearing.
