The Mr. Bill Show: President Clinton, whose presidential campaign for America’s young vote culminated in a forum on MTV, will appear once again on the video-music channel on Monday to rally support for his youth program. MTV News correspondent Tabitha Soren taped a chat with Clinton about his plans for national youth service at the Rutgers University campus. The interview will air at 11 p.m. as part of a 30-minute MTV News special, “Bill Clinton: Your Future, His Plan.” The program will also take a look at the history of youth programs in the United States, and get students’ reactions to the plans the President has set forth.
