Cimco Inc. The Costa Mesa manufacturer of plastic components for commercial, industrial and medical markets posted a 36% decline in earnings for its latest fiscal quarter. Profit came to $93,312, or 3 cents a share, compared with $145,817, or 5 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Sales for the company’s third quarter, which ended Jan. 31, rose 5% to $17.3 million from $16.5 million. For the first nine months of its fiscal year, the company posted a profit of $742,360, or 25 cents a share, up 45% from $512,528, or 17 cents a share, a year earlier. Sales increased 8% to $55.2 million from $50.9 million.
