Home Savings of America announced the appointments of Clifford Collins as senior vice president and national director of sales, Bruce Isbell senior vice president and director of conventional loan systems and Robert W. Clarke as first vice president and director of its credit administration group.

Collins is responsible for designing new loan programs and products in response to current market and industry conditions, in addition to developing strategies that enable the company’s loan consultants to achieve increased quality sales production.

Collins joined Home Savings in 1985 and most recently held the position of regional sales manager in Northern California.

Bruce is responsible for the strategic planning and coordination of all information system activities for the company’s conventional loan and appraisal divisions.

Isbell was previously a senior vice president in the international division of Avco Financial Services.

Clarke is responsible for credit quality control, including monitoring the company’s credit reporting system and the effectiveness of its overall credit review process. He will also oversee the company’s appraisal land convention and major loan review departments.

Home Savings, the nation’s largest savings institution, is the principal subsidiary of H.F. Ahmanson & Co., Irwindale.
