Plans to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day are underway at several local restaurants. It’s a day to take the orange out of Orange County.

The Blarney Stone is serving up corned beef, green beer and traditional Irish singers, beginning at 2:30 p.m. Music will be provided by the Irish Beggarmen, with special guest Tommy Keogh from Dublin. 11761 Edinger Ave., Fountain Valley. (714) 775-9987.

McCormick & Schmicks will serve green beer and Irish coffee in its restaurant beginning at 11 a.m. on St. Patrick’s Day.
