Philip R. Sherringham has resigned as chief financial officer of Citadel Holding Corp., the company announced.

Citadel is a Glendale-based holding company that operates Fidelity Federal Bank.

The company said Sherringham, who served as chief financial officer for 20 months, left to pursue other interests. Andre Shih, senior vice president and director of corporate development and asset/liability management, will take over as interim CFO.
