Glendale : Candidate Forums Planned
Three candidate forums are scheduled over the next several days throughout Glendale.
The League of Women Voters of Glendale/Burbank will have two candidate forums for Glendale city and school district offices.
The forum for city candidates will be today at 6:30 p.m, at the Glendale Public Library Main Branch, 222 E. Harvard St. Sign language interpreters will be provided for the hearing impaired at this forum.
School board candidates will have their forum Wednesday in the board room of the Glendale Unified School District, 223 N. Jackson St., starting at 6:30 p.m.
The Glendale Transportation Management Assn. will sponsor a forum Wednesday to hear the views of City Council candidates on the future of transportation in Glendale.
The forum, which is open to the public, will be at the First American Title Co. of Los Angeles, 520 N. Central Ave., 8th Floor community room from 9:30 to 11 a.m.
