Graffiti Vandals
Graffiti has become the scourge of the nation! It is an eyesore that offends good people’s tastes and degrades property values.
Laws should be passed making it illegal and taggers should be caught and punished with one year of property restoration and eradication with wire brushes and solvents for first-time offenders and substantially more for repeat offenders.
Let the punishment fit the crime as well as reducing the ever-increasing costs that cities spend on eradication. If these young hoodlums have to miss a year of school or work, that’s OK; maybe they will then appreciate how offensive graffiti is to the vast majority of citizens!
