World IN BRIEF : CUBA : Castro Writes to U.S. High School Pupils

President Fidel Castro sent a letter to a group of high school students in Williamsburg, Va., in which he said Cuba would like good relations with the United States. “No one can believe that we’re in a position to pose a threat to a superpower. . . ,” Castro said in reply to a letter from the students, according to the Cuban news agency Prensa Latina.
