From Associated Press

Mario Lemieux had his second consecutive four-goal game as the Pittsburgh Penguins stretched their winning streak to five with a 9-3 victory over the Philadelphia Flyers on Saturday night at Pittsburgh.

Lemieux has 30 career hat tricks but had never had consecutive games with at least three goals. Lemieux had four goals and two assists in Pittsburgh’s 7-5 victory over Washington on Thursday.

Lemieux has played in seven games since returning from 22 radiation treatments for Hodgkin’s disease. The illness kept him out of the lineup for two months.
