Capital Cities/ABC Invests in Interactive Toy Company: Capital Cities/ABC Inc., parent company of ABC TV Network, has invested $4.75-million for an equity stake in YES! Entertainment Corp., a Pleasanton, Calif.-based interactive toy company. Cap Cities is making the investment by exchanging TV ad time on its network and TV stations. Earlier this month, the firm said it would begin making such swaps of equity for advertising through its newly formed Capital Cities Capital Inc. unit in emerging technology and media companies.
