Ronald Duck has been appointed quality assurance manager for PC World Orange County in Irvine, a manufacturer of printed circuit boards. He was formerly director of quality systems at Western Digital Corp. for four years. Duck also spent 16 years at Xerox Corp., where his positions included material quality assurance manager and centralized commodity team manager.
