Wide receiver Billy Brooks became the first player the Indianapolis Colts lost to free agency when he agreed to a three-year contract worth a reported $3.5 million with the Buffalo Bills. Brooks’ signing with Buffalo came several days after the Colts signed Bills’ offensive tackle Will Wolford to a three-year contract worth at least $7.65 million, forcing the Bills to match the offer this week or lose Wolford.
