LTC Properties Reports Net Income of $1.1 Million

LTC Properties Inc., an Oxnard-based real estate investment trust that invests in nursing homes, posted net income of $1.1 million on revenue of $3.4 million for the first quarter ended March 31.

The trust had no results for the same period a year ago, because it began operations in late August, when it also completed its initial public stock offering.
