New Dean to Start at Pomona College

Laura L. Mays Hoopes will assume the post of vice president and dean of the college at Pomona College on July 1.

Hoopes, considered a national leader in undergraduate science education, holds an BA from Goucher College in Baltimore and a Ph.D. in biology from Yale University.
