Jewish Voters in Los Angeles

Share

I was surprised and pleased to see Marks’ column appear in a forum outside the Jewish press. She brilliantly captured for the diverse readership of The Times what had been exclusively discussed only within Jewish communal gatherings.

For a governing consensus to emerge in our city, we must all get beyond our uninformed stereotypes, understand each constituency’s aspirations and concerns, and embrace felt needs rather than pander.

Marks immeasurably helped your readership and the candidates for mayor understand our city’s Jewish vote.
