Fresh Deal: The growth in popularity for “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” since 1991, when Winifred Hervey became executive producer, has not gone unnoticed at NBC. The network has signed Hervey to an exclusive contract to develop and produce a broad range of future projects. Before coming to “Prince,” Hervey was an executive story consultant on “The Cosby Show” and producer of “The Golden Girls.”
