Minebea is a Japanese conglomerate that owns New Hampshire Ball Bearings. Formerly, Yomantas was vice president of sales for New Hampshire Ball Bearings.

Also rejoining the company are Jack Langridge, vice president of sales and marketing, and Jack Schulz, vice president, finance/administration.
