A Look at Economy: At the other end of the county, a Sacramento bigwig will get his chance in the ring--er, at the lectern--at the Richard Nixon Library & Birthplace.

Lee A. Grissom, senior adviser for economic development to Gov. Pete Wilson, will give a talk called "Looking at Southern California's Economic Future." The speech, which starts at 6 p.m., is hosted by the Greater Southern California Certified Commercial Investment Members trade group. The cost is $30.
