Honorary Doctorates: Los Angeles Master Chorale Music Director Paul Salamunovich will receive an honorary doctorate from Loyola Marymount University at the university’s 1993 commencement today. Other honorary doctorates to be awarded in the coming week: to Helen Gorman Kushnick, former executive producer of the “Tonight Show With Jay Leno,” from William Woods College in Fulton, Mo.; to artist and ceramist Beatrice Wood and choreographer-performer Rudy Perez, from Otis School of Art and Design, and to filmmaker and choreographer Yvonne Rainer and television writer-producer Steven Bochco, from California Institute of the Arts.
