HOUSING SLUMP: The local housing market continued its poor showing in April, as sales of single-family houses and condominiums in the Valley fell for the fourth consecutive month. . . . The Valley Board of Realtors said combined sales of houses and condominiums fell 2% last month, compared with April, 1992. . . .
