Lisa McCarthy has been promoted to the newly created position of special events coordinator for State of the Art Inc., an Irvine accounting software developer. She will work with senior management in developing, planning and organizing major events and meetings for the company. McCarthy was formerly university administrator for the department responsible for providing training classes for State of the Art’s authorized resellers, software consultants and end-users.
