The Graduate: “Hunt for Red October” star Alec Baldwin received his bachelor’s degree Thursday from New York University. Baldwin, 35, was studying political science and drama when he dropped out of NYU in 1980 four credits shy of a degree. Baldwin finished up with an independent study project in which he interviewed a famous actor, whose name he won’t reveal, and explored how the teaching methods of Stanislavsky and Lee Strasberg influence a performer’s style.
