EX-LOVES, AMNESIA AND MORE POP INTO DAYTIME PLOT LINES

Scott Bryce, who won many accolades as well as lots of fans playing Craig Montgomery on “As the World Turns,” returns to the show for two weeks starting May 24. Bryce will be there to help Lucinda deal with her being disowned by Lily.

You may recall that Craig and Lucinda were once lovers. This time around Craig will run into another ex-lover of his, Ellie.

On “Another World,” Stephen Schnetzer (Cass) dreams of his lost loves while on the Orient Express. Beginning Thursday, three lovely ladies from his past return to town. Ann Howard (ex-Nicole), Julie Osbourne (ex-Kathleen) and Nancy Frangionne (ex-Cecille) also make brief appearances.

Cigny Coleman has signed on with “The Young and the Restless.” Her character will have a major impact on Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) life. An upcoming event in Genoa City gives Victor reason to leave town, but Coleman’s character will only add to Victor’s woes.

Wonder what happened to Ted Orsini, the man Tad Martin thought he was after suffering amnesia and walking into the vineyard owned by Ted’s mother?

Well, “All My Children” is going to have Ted pop up in Tad’s life. Ted’s arrival will cause much confusion for everyone, and, yes, Michael E. Knight will be playing both parts.

The roster of Daytime Emmy presenters continues to grow.

Erica Slezak (Vicki, “One Life to Live”), last year’s winner of best actress in daytime, will hand out the statuette on May 26 when the shows airs on ABC at 9 p.m. Slezak joins Deidre Hall (Marlena, “Days of Our Lives”) and Drake Hogestyn (John, “DOOL”) as a co-presenter.
