Arab Offense: Walt Disney officials have rejected appeals by a group of Arab-Americans who allege racial slurs against Arabs and demand changes prior to the Oct. 1 videocassette release of Disney’s animated “Aladdin.” The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee wants such song lyrics as “I come from a land . . . where they cut off your ear, if they don’t like your face” dubbed over for the video. Former U.S. Sen. James Abourezk, the group’s founder and chairman, said ADC president Albert Mokhiber was in California to press his case with Disney’s top officials. But a Disney spokesman said: “We have no intention of changing Howard Ashman’s lyrics.”
