Carson Quips: Appearing in New York Monday to accept an award from the Center for Communication, former “Tonight Show” host Johnny Carson said that his travel arrangements had been handled by Catherine Cornelius, the distant relative of President Clinton who was named last week to coordinate travel arrangements for the White House press corps.
