HAIRCUT BUZZ: Next time he needs a trim, President Clinton might want to call Bob Hamilton of Port Hueneme. “I tried to call the White House to tell him I’d cut his hair for $7 if he’d fly into Point Mugu,” said Hamilton, proprietor of Bob’s Barber Shop since 1946. Clinton’s $200 cut has become the talk of Ventura County stylists, said Penny Gude at Scamp’s in Thousand Oaks. “They’re saying they could do a better haircut than that for $200.”
