Action Competition: The competition for fans of such syndicated action series as “Star Trek” is heating up. Prime Time Entertainment Network is not only renewing “Kung Fu: The Legend Continues” and “Time Trax” for a second season, but is also adding “Babylon 5,” a new sci-fi series based on the network’s March TV movie of the same name, to its schedule in January.
