SELL JOBS: Housing sales are edging back up in Ventura County (B1), and so is enrollment at real estate schools. "It's gotten real busy in the past few weeks," said Vee Johnson of Anthony Schools in Ventura. . . . Registration dipped to two per month and the school cut tuition. This month, eight have enrolled. . . None seem daunted by the still-sluggish market, Johnson said. "People who decide to go into real estate have a tremendous ego that says, 'I can make it even if others are starving.' "
