20 Die, 13 Hurt in China Delivering Dowry Gifts

HONG KONG —
Twenty people died and 13 were injured when a trailer carrying them detached from a tractor and plunged into a ravine in western China, an official report said Tuesday.
The trailer, carrying 33 people delivering dowry gifts, snapped its mooring, overturned and plunged 25 feet down a gully Monday, the report said.
